[Bug 379197] [NEW] Translucent selection box leaves trash on screen with Dolphin (and Konqueror)

In Kubuntu with KDE4 (I have reproduced this with KDE 4.2.x and KDE
4.3),  I have noticed that if you drag a translucent selection rectangle
around in Dolphin, you will often get trash left on the screen, as
demonstrated by the attached screenshot.  It is easiest to reproduce
this by drawing a selection box and then dragging the mouse cursor
around in circles.  This usually cause the bug to appear quickly.
