[Bug 378817] [NEW] citadel-suite crashed on installation through apt-get install process.

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: citadel-suite

1st install it got to error msg "citmail: can't connect: connection refused"
it "failed to create admin user" ... server, client, mda all failed to setup at all.
i tried remove --purge, reinstall, still same.  finally rebooted, tried again and got the "citadel-suite crashed" msg box popup.
