Binary package hint: tspc

tspc appears to run correctly:

/etc/init.d/tspc start 
 * Restarting IPv6 tunnel tspc                                                                                                                        [ OK ] 

but the interface isn't brought up, and syslog error:
tspStartLocal: Script failed to execute correctly


using tspc Version: 2.1.1-8ubuntu2 on Jaunty
