Please sync firebird2.0 (2.0.5.13206-0.ds2-3) from Debian unstable, all
Ubuntu changes are merged on Debian.

It builds fine with a karmic pbuilder.

    + drop cvs-execute-statement-crash.patch; released upstream
    + refresh the rest
  * describe all patches
