[Bug 345767] Re: gtk-builder-convert crashed with AssertionError in _parse()

After rechecked with someone use 3.6.3 successfully I found that we don't need to use   gtk-builder-convert and glade already create a file in format which can be used directly in programing , please ignore my previous patch
