[Bug 377751] [NEW] last line of text in chat window sometimes doesn't show

I'm using Jaunty, but this happened on Intrepid too.  I'm using aMSN
0.97.2.

This doesn't happen ALL the time, but it's quite frequent and can become
a nuisance (it's not a super bug).  Sometimes, when the last line of
chat comes in, it moves everything up but leaves the last line there
(making you see double lines) .  I have seen this occur higher than the
first line (the duplicate is higher than the last line).  It looks like
it somehow "forgets" to draw the lowest part of the chat window.......
but I don't know.
