[Bug 377648] [NEW] The mkvtoolnix package is not included by default

Public bug reported:

The mkvtoolnix package appears to be necessary in order to read .mkv
files, but it is not installed by default with mythbuntu-9.04. Please
add it to the meta package and include it in 9.10. With more and more
content available in .mkv format, this will become more and more
important.

Edit: Please disregard this bug report. It is incorrect that mkvtoolnix
is necessary.
