[Bug 377286] [NEW] problem with negative values in hdate applet

Binary package hint: hdate-applet

Negative values for latitude and longitude (Properties -> Location)
cannot be assigned (for example, longitude=-37 for Moscow). After
clicking OK button and checking out this tab again there are no changes.
