This bug was fixed in the package conky - 1.7.0-0ubuntu1

  * New upstream release (LP: #371043):
    - update debian/copyright copyright dates and author's list
    - remove following patches, now applied upstream or not needed anymore:
      + fix_exec_buffer_size.patch
      + ifaddr_buffer_overflow
      + x86_64_rdtsc
      + move_compile_end_man_page
      + fix_hyphen_man_page
      + fix_mem_res.patch
    - remove installation of example configuration file (removed upstream)
    - update debian/NEWS accordingly
  * No change bump of Standards-Version to 3.8.1
