[Bug 377231] [NEW] codelite: poor user experience due to windows behavior

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: codelite

I started codelite to find out if I wanted to use it with my code.
Several annoying issues I noticed:

1) The window with the code is very small and not adjustable
2) The right drop-down menu above the code window is too wide for my screen (I can not resize it)
3) Before I moved the icons in the menu bar they were also off my screen (too wide).
