Binary package hint: mtd-utils

Please sync mtd-utils (20090511-1) from Debian unstable. Ubuntu changed
was to fix a FTBFS with the previous version. The new version on Debian
don't FTBFS on karmic (see my PPA
https://edge.launchpad.net/~gilir/+archive/unstable).
