Please sync libev 1:3.6-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Debian version now incorporates autoreconf fixes that fixed FTBFS.
Test build of 1:3.6-1 under Karmic pbuilder built successfully.

Changelog since current karmic version 3.43-1.1ubuntu1:

libev (1:3.6-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release.
  * Invoke autoreconf -fvi in debian/rules; closes: #511235.
  * Add new symbols ev_now_update, ev_resume, ev_suspend.
