Public bug reported:

When starting Quanta, it complains that Cervisia is missing, therefore
CVS management will not be available, although Cervisia is already
installed.

Steps to reproduce:
 At gnome-terminal:
  1. sudo apt-get install quanta kimagemapeditor cervisia
 At Gnome menu:
  1. Applications --> Programming --> Quanta Plus.

I'm currently running Ubuntu Jaunty.
