Hi,

I finally discover that the problem with Deluge-torrent come from my
ISP.

I tryed to use deluge on 2 differents modem on 2 differents lines from
the same isp and the problem always existed, only with deluge-torrent
and transmission (but not with azureus or other torrent program ????).
So I tried from other ISP and it work.

My configuration is 400Kio down / 50 Kio up for 1Mbts connection.

So I'll try to contact my ISP to find where the problem come from...
