Public bug reported:

Ubuntu 9.04
sshfs 2.1-1

sshfs mounts a remote folder to mountpoint AND as a drive on the
desktop. The (unexpected) drive on the desktop could not be unmounted
through the contextual menu, the proper way to do this is

$ fusermount -u mountpoint

Command:
$ sshfs user at server:/remote/dir /mountpoint

Expected behavior:
server:/remote/dir is mounted onto /mountpoint

What actually happens:
server:/remote/dir is mounted onto /mountpoint AND mounted to a drive on the desktop with the same files.

See screen record video file attached to see how to reproduce issue. An
answer as to why a disk is being mounted would be appreciated.

** Affects: sshfs-fuse (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
