[Bug 376178] [NEW] package texlive-latex-base-doc 2007.dfsg.1-2 failed to install/upgrade:

Binary package hint: texlive-base

Running Update Manager gives an error saying that
/var/cache/apt/archives/texlive-latex-base.doc_2007.dfsg.1-5_all.deb is
corrupted and can not be opened.

This bug occured during an upgrade from Intrepid Ibex (8.10) to Jaunty
Jackalope (9.04).

Update Manager keeps saying that my upgrade is incomplete and needs to
run a partial upgrade to complete things.  When I run the partial
upgrade, it always gets hung up on the above-mentioned package and
crashes.
