[Bug 376017] [NEW] glipper.pc corupt missing name, description and Libs etc

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: glipper

yeah /usr/lib/pkgconfig/glipper.pc in package tglipper is corupted the
second half is missing, it only had:

prefix=/usr
exec_prefix=${prefix}
libdir=${exec_prefix}/lib
artdir=${prefix}/share/glipper/art


the rest was missing I had to cobble together the rest so that

 pkg-config --list-all

would work properly and stop complaining wasn't listing my lib so
there's a bug in pkg-config as well, not coping with errors well
