Please sync smart 1.2-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

I've merged the Ubuntu delta into the Debian package (mainly newer
upstream version and new smartpm-core, python-smartpm packages),
and uploaded the package to sid.

smart (1.2-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release
  * Imported changes from Ubuntu (version 1.2-0ubuntu0.9.04)
    - split the package in smartpm, smartpm-core, python-smartpm
    - support python2.6
  * Switch to cdbs
  * Add 03_setup.patch (it was previously in diff.gz)
  * Fix spelling error in description, python->Python
  * Depend on cdbs, dont't depend on dpatch anymore
  * Install smart-update as setuid binary
  * Conflict with previous version (gtk/__init__.py was in python-smartpm)
  * Add myself to Uploaders
