[Bug 375759] [NEW] command-not-found incorrectly assumes tor is installable package

Binary package hint: command-not-found

Tor is not installable in Jaunty.  command-not-found should realize
this.  The problem may be true for other packages as well, but I have
not tested the scenario.

$ tor
The program 'tor' is currently not installed.  You can install it by typing:
sudo apt-get install tor
bash: tor: command not found
$ aptitude search ^tor$
$
