[Bug 375075] [NEW] usb-imagewriter karmic 9.10 fails to make bootable ubuntu remix usb-stick

attempts made with 1gb and 4gb fat32 formated usb-sticks with 
Linux wirechief-desktop 2.6.30-2-generic #3-Ubuntu SMP Fri May 1 01:37:37 UTC 2009 x86_64 GNU/Linux

The usb-imagewriter completed  its install to the USB sticks without errors....however is not bootable, the netbook under test is a Acer Aspire one, I have been able to bootup to knoppix 6.01 Adrian without any issues on that model.
I have used the usb-sticks on prior tests with Ubuntu Jaunty and the usb-startup creator since the final release ok.

I expected the Acer Aspire to boot the usb stick but it just rolled
right on into windows. :(
