Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: plt-scheme

drscheme is a user-accessible gui program so I think it should appear
under Applications/Programs, but it does not.

I can see there is a file /usr/share/menu/plt-scheme but for some reason
it doesn't seem active.

I can't see any mention of it in the gnome menu editor.

ProblemType: Bug
Architecture: i386
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 9.04
Package: plt-scheme 4.1.3-1
ProcEnviron:
 PATH=(custom, user)
 LANG=en_AU.UTF-8
 SHELL=/bin/zsh
SourcePackage: plt-scheme
Uname: Linux 2.6.28-11-generic i686

** Affects: plt-scheme (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
