I don't get any answer.
host -t TXT _aiccu.sixxs.net  208.67.220.220
I get answer. The answer should be the brokers list.

So, I change the DNS to  208.67.220.220 ( opendns ) and install aiccu again. It's installed!

(Sending an email to my ISP too telling them their DNS is broken!
