[Bug 374018] [NEW] Deluge hungs on launch in Ubuntu Jaunty

I have to say that Deluge in Ubuntu Intrepid both repos and launchpad
team builds worked fine. But in Jaunty I see a total regression - Deluge
GUI simply does not start.

At first, I supposed that is because Deluge versions 1.1.6, 1.1.7 stuck
with old config files, but removing the old config (~/.config/deluge)
didnt give a clue.

It seems deluge stucks with connecting localhost:58846 daemon (log
attached).

Then, it is not going to shutdown on TERM signal, only SIGKILL stops it
from infinite wait.
