Please sync libtabe 0.2.6-1.2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Debian adopted the change, so we can sync the package.
Also, it builds fine in Karmic.

Changelog since current karmic version 0.2.6-1.1ubuntu2:

libtabe (0.2.6-1.2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Build with libdb-dev. (Closes: #517282).
    + Drop build-dep on db4.4-util.
  * Add build-dep on linuxdoc-tools.
    + Build libtabe.html. (Closes: #517282).
