Please sync python-django-tagging 0.2.1+svn154-2 (universe) from Debian
unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * New svn snapshot.
    - We have done it because svn147 didn't work with new django.
      Debian has caught up with us.
  * debian/patches/02_fix_calculate_tag_weight.patch
    - This one is from Jaunty SRU - it is also included in new Debian Release.
  * We can also revert Maintainer to original one as there are no changes left.

  * Apply patch to fix weight of tag when using logarithmic distribution.

  * Switch to debhelper 7 and drop CDBS.
  * Drop useless debian/pycompat file.
  * Drop duplicate Priority field.
  * Add ${misc:Depends} variable in Depends.
