[Bug 373705] [NEW] Error Loading plugins

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rapache

I'm new on the source code world so I decided to post an error ocurred
when I tried to load rapache with an administrator on terminal. There is
the error:

How can I fix that?!

The system are running under UBUNTU 9.04 Linux using COMPIZ with emerald Theme manager.
