  * Fix build errors caused by ignoring the return value of some functions.
    - src/init.c: check the return code of realpath.
    - src/loadpng.c: handle short reads.

Now this patch is imported in debian, and fix a lintian error too.

   * Check return value of more functions (Closes: #511922).
