[Bug 372924] [NEW] NewUserNotif Extension not included anymore....

Public bug reported:

It seems in the past the the extension NewUserNotif was included with
either mediawiki or mediawiki-extensions.  With Jaunty it seems to be
missing.  It broke my wikis.

The work around is to go to
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:New_User_Email_Notification and
download it and put it in the extensions directory.
