  i have installed ubuntu on my acer aspire one 9 inch netbook. i have
  connected samsung 22 inch lcd to that netbook. the default screen for
  latop was 800x600. i have changed it to 1024x600 (native). after that if
  i move any window on the laptop screen - it does not draw it if the
  windows is on the left side may be from (0,0) to (300,600). it shows the
  full screen background & it also shows the mouse cursor.
