OK, looking at http://code.google.com/p/pyrfeed/wiki/GoogleReaderAPI, it says
Google Reader will only retrieve by default the last 20 items, although the
number can be changed, but we don't seem to change it in the google code. I'm
afraid this will have to stay as is for 1.6 (1.6rc1 is already out), but I'll
poke the Google Reader folk (Arnold) to see what we can do with this for 1.8.

Let's leave this bug opened since I'll upload 1.6 to Karmic RSN :-)
