Tiling is not being enabled properly. In your xorg.log there is:
(EE) intel(0): Failed to set tiling on front buffer: rejected by kernel
(EE) intel(0): Failed to set tiling on back buffer: rejected by kernel
(EE) intel(0): Failed to set tiling on depth buffer: rejected by kernel
I think there has been some fixes for tiling upstream but I don't
remember the details. I'd suggest that you try out mainline kernel
2.6.30-rc4 or later and see if that fixes your issue:

Anyway, intel has some known perf issues right now in jaunty. The
primary bug tracking this situation is bug 252094, you'll likely see
people mentioning a lot of different issues there but tiling is one of
them.
