[Bug 372508] [NEW] Mute Button Not Working Correctly

Me-TV 0.8.9 dev version

When mute button is on, and changing channels the sound actually comes
on for new channel, despite the mute button indicates it is muted.

This also occurs when stopping a recording with mute on.
