Binary package hint: otrs

OTRS is an Enterprise ticketing system that should be part of our
repository.

Debian has packages in sid with the latest version available:
http://packages.debian.org/search?keywords=otrs2

This bug is a follow up for the original update request in bug #137482
[gutsy] please remove otrs from the archive
