[Bug 372029] [NEW] no voice from the plugin

Binary package hint: pidgin-festival

I can not get the plugin to work most of the time. Sometimes if I
reinstall the plugin it works. Then after I close pidgin the plugin no
longer works. I am using 9.04 with the lastest pidgin and festival. The
festival program itself works just fine.
