[Bug 371572] Re: mk-sbuild-lv: adds deb-src lines to sources.list for no reason

The goal of mk-sbuild-lv is to create a generally useful schroot
instance. To that end, it is important to include the deb-src lines. I
frequently use the deb-src lines to fetch source, for example. It only
adds a few seconds to "apt-get update", and a few megs to the resulting
disk usage. If this isn't desired, the local .mk-sbuild-lv templates
can be adjusted.
