[Bug 371452] [NEW] Zoom locks on password prompt

Binary package hint: compiz

When a password prompt appears you are no longer able to zoom, this is
also true if you are already zoomed in, this might confuse users to
thing that the system has frozen and makes it hard for them to find the
input box in the prompt.
