[Bug 371408] [NEW] multiple x server instances with UXA crash

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel

When enabling UXA, switch user makes the system unusable. (no x, no console) 
When enabling EXA,  I get no acceleration at all.
When enabling XAA, I get a segfault of X
