[Bug 371123] [NEW] autosave

Binary package hint: kdevelop

There is no autosave setting for kdevelop, quanta, etc. in the settings
menu.

This is an essential feature without which this program should not be
used, period.

Autosave should be like emacs not some defective applications that
overwrite the original file.    The prefix/suffix settings as used for
the backup file would be good.
