[Bug 370861] [NEW] sdic-gene95 not working

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: sdic-gene95

- on ubuntu 8.10 and 9.04 at least;
- sdic-gene95, english-to-japanese translation dictionary,  2.1.3-16;
- installation seems successful;
- on emacs, 'm-x sdic-describe-word' for any engilsh word is expected to return its japanese translation;
- however, it returns "can't find word" actually;
- sdic-edict, japanese-to-english translation dictionary, works fine.
