[Bug 370800] [NEW] package liblrdf0 0.4.0-1.1 failed to install/upgrade:

Public bug reported:

While updating 8.10 --> 9.04. liblrdf won't install/upgrade. Along with
countless other things!!! The first thing that failed to get configured
was ca-certificates and it went downhill from there. About 50+ packages
didn't configure properly.
