Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: vlc

I was trying to dump a raw http mp3 stream to a file. VLC ignores the
respective settings.

Steps to reproduce:
* Open VLC
* Media-> Open Network
* Choose any http stream (I had: http://gffstream.ic.llnwd.net/stream/gffstream_w21a which is a german radio stream)
* Click the little downward arrow button left of the Play button, choose "Stream" in the popup menu
* In the stream output dialog:
  - check "File"
  - enter path of choice
  - check "Save raw input"
  - click "Stream"
* Watch nothing appear on disk since VLC ignores the streaming settings.
