I have attached one of files as requested, output from lspci -vvnn.
Others to follow.  Oddly, when I remove the extra line I added to
xorg.conf (driver "intel") I still have the right display options, and I
cannot reproduce the problem.  However, it was definitely adding this
line that appeared to resolve the problem I had after upgrading to 9.04.
