os version is...well... Jaunty (duh) and touchscreens is not important
because two completely different and unrelated touchscreens show the
same behaviour. And region ?  o_O ?  Santana, no offense but please read
first the bug reports you want to triage. It's not really efficient.

In fact I'm not able to have any touchscreen working at all under
Jaunty. They all take all their input as a press on the lower right
corner pixel (where the trash applet is).

I think that the bug is then larger than "only one touchscreen not
working".

And anyway, one of the touchscreen is fully described at bug #276302
