At this stage in the release cycle, one needs to request a sync.
<https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SyncRequestProcess> describes the process for
doing so.  There are currently no Ubuntu-specific changes, so things
should be easy.  But we need to wait for it to actually propagate to sid
first (which will probably happen tomorrow).
