hmm, launchpad says python-xml doesn't use launchpad for bug tracking,
sourceforge
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=6473&package_id=6541
appears to be unmaintained and unchanged version 0.8.4 since 2004. The
Ubuntu intrepid version is 0.8.4-10.1ubuntu-1 and Jaunty is
0.8.4-10.1ubuntu-2. I will do some checks to compare the Ubuntu package
and the sourceforge upstream to figure out where the bug is.
