Thanks for making the bug report.  However this is a design decision
taken by the Glade developers to make all top-level widgets invisible by
default.  Either edit the UI file to set this window to be visible
(Properties->Common->Visible) or set this widget to visible at run time
(gtk_widget_show_all)
