[Bug 350793] [NEW] dolphin tranfers hangs after dolpin crashes

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: dolphin-kde4

if you have a couple of tranfers "made" with dolphin, and it will crash,
those transfers will stop, you will also be unable to do anything with
them via notifications (stop or pause doesnt work)

it is really annoying
