[Bug 350573] [NEW] Unable to receive packets when fragroute is enabled

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: fragroute

when i started fragroute on my intrepid ibex machine, it could able to
fragment packets and send it to remote host but when response arrives at
the interface the kernel is unable to handle the fragmented
packets/normal packets. I think the bug lies with kernel. The same image
works perfectly with Ubuntu 7.04
