You can try xserver-xorg-video-intel 2.6.3-0ubuntu3~tormod2 from my PPA
https://launchpad.net/~tormodvolden/+archive/ppa or even the
2:2.6.99.1+git20090327.69c84f2c-0ubuntu0tormod from the xorg-edgers PPA
https://launchpad.net/~xorg-edgers/+archive/ppa to see if it has been
fixed upstream.
