[Bug 349585] [NEW] rasmol is broken with nvidia hardware

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rasmol

It seems the rasmol binary is broken in Intrepid (8.10) on Nvidia
hardware (have tried on 7300GS, 8300 integrated, and 9600GT). The
objects have visual artifacts and the coordinate system is off centre
for zooming and rotation. Specifically I have tried this with xyz format
files, not sure about others.
